MANY LAKES
HISTORICAL TOUR

To the West and SW of Oroville is the Many Lakes Region.  Explore the historical places and points along the way. Careful visiting abandoned gold mines, especially on private property.  To see details:  DOWNLOAD MAP.

MOLSON GHOST
TOWN MUSEUM

Walk into the 1905 bank and steal some history of Old Molson, New Molson, and Middle Molson.  The outdoor buildings are open year round.  From May - September visit the 1914 school house turned into a very well curated museum. DOWNLOAD FLYER.

BODIE GHOST TOWN
 

According to this site, our area hosts 4 of the state's "Spookiest Ghost Towns."  Granted, none are as developed as Molson, but still interesting to stop and see.  Check out the maps mentioned earlier.

DEPOT MUSEUM
 

The Depot Museum is a classic 1907 Train Depot turned into museum and historical archive.  The Okanogan Borderlands Historical Society changes out displays almost every year and runs the Visitors Information Center there.
