The Oroville Initiative has been working closely with the Highlands Community Support Coalition, the Oroville Chamber of Commerce, and the Jet Ski Race coordinators to introduce a new event that will run in conjunction with the Lake Osoyoos Jet Ski Races on August 3rd: The Lake Osoyoos Family Festival. The Festival will be located at Deep Bay Park and features Apple Bin Racing (on the lake!) and Cornhole and Horseshoe tournaments. Apple bin race winner is $300, $100 to 2nd and Cornhole & Horseshoe winners 1st place is $200, $100 to 2nd. Registration, tournament rules, racing rules and other details can be found on the Chamber of Commerce website. Pick up your apple bin at Oroville Transit to get your race bin ready!
