Citizens of the Year!

We are thrilled to announce that Streetscape’s Lynn Chapman and The Oroville Initiative’s Lee Chapman were awarded Citizens of the Year by the Oroville WA Chamber of Commerce! The couple was presented the award at the Chamber's Annual Banquet on January 27, 2024. Lynn’s tireless efforts and love for flowers and trees continue to make the downtown streets of Oroville beautiful and Lee’s efforts working on local projects and building partnerships with the City and Chamber continue to make a positive impact on Oroville. Congratulations Lynn and Lee!
